Thanksgiving has come and gone ,and winter is settling in with a slight dusting of snow on the ground and with a little wind .
This is the time of year i start looking for things to do besides house work yuck .
I like to make odds and ends of things so ill be posting them to. The other day though ,I was proud of myself i finished what they call a Dammitt Doll, I found on, google search.Ill see if i can post her here, she is the very first doll ive ever sewed and shes hand stiched so shes not perfect so that makes it even more fun.
They come with a little poem which you can google Dammit doll first using the image search then find the poem . Im recycling clothes i dont wear or that will be given to me etc. and stuffing them with material. Ive even put cloves in for a healing feel to them. I love the smell of clove it calms me.
And so for my first blog , I invite all to come and share there creations and thoughts on dolls that are easy to handsew. Oh here is here pattern .Dont ask
